MIRIJANA!!

As we were all really struggling to understand and produce strong features with make-up, Solent organised to have the wonderful Mirijana the life save in to help us!
She introduced herself and from that moment on we loved her! She told us how she worked for MAC, all of her amazing experiences, who she has worked for and with.

She was not only incredibly talented but also fun and a great teacher. She understood how to communicate with us and not only tell us how to improve or how to achieve goals in our looks but informed us of our strengths which really gave me a confidence boost as I struggle with make-up at times, but she told me I had great blending techniques!

She created a PERFECT blue lip on Lorna in a matter of minutes using nothing other than a flat rounded make-up brush and MAC blue lip mix. The end result was symmetrical and has a beautiful shape to it!

 

She then create a pinkish / redish smokey eye and added shimmer to it on Meg Wills!

We then split off into pairs to either create a finished eye or lip! I went with Lorna, I went first and produced a green smoky eye with lip mix, supra colour, shadow. When showing it to Mirijana, she gave me ways to completely change the whole look, we added a gel to make it glossy and it instantly gave it an alien, reptile look about it! Lorna went next to try out the perfect blue lip!
